Hi Insha (Purewave tour and travels)
I’m writing to express My sincere gratitude for the fantastic Kashmir trip you organized for us. From start to finish, everything was executed seamlessly, allowing us to truly enjoy the "Paradise on Earth" without any stress.
A few highlights that made our journey special:
Flawless Coordination: The transfers, stays, and daily itineraries were punctual and well-planned.
Great Accommodations: Chinar resort in pahalgam and other hotel stays in srinagar were comfortable, clean, and offered stunning views.
Special thanks to Miss Insha who was so concerned round the clock in tour for everything like stays, cab and even wheather also ..
Thank you for taking such good care of us and creating memories we’ll cherish for a long time. We will definitely recommend Pure wave tours and travel to our friends and family!

I’m coming to Kashmir for the first time, we were a bit nervous about the scams and logistics you always read about online. But Team Purewave completely blew us away.
We had to make a last-minute change to our itinerary, and they sorted it out with zero extra charges. Our coordinator was amazing, replying instantly even at midnight! And our driver, Mr. Asif, was with us the whole trip—super friendly and a very safe driver in that intense traffic.
The hotels were top-tier. Hotel Palm Spring in Srinagar had modern, spotless rooms, breathtaking views, and the food was incredible. We also stayed at the Canada Group of Houseboats on Nigeen Lake—it was so peaceful, with gorgeous waterfront views and beautiful, authentic wood carvings. Then we moved to Hotel Chinar Resort and Spa in Pahalgam, which was pure luxury, tucked away from the crowds with stunning mountain and river views.,
Honestly, the best part was how they handled the local activities. Things like the Pahalgam Union cabs and the Shikara rides can get really expensive, and bargaining is usually so stressful. Purewave pre-arranged everything at fair, fixed rates, so we didn't have to haggle at all.
Everything was flawless. We're so happy with Team Purewave, and we’re already planning to come back this February!
