We had to make a last-minute change to our itinerary, and they sorted it out with zero extra charges. Our coordinator was amazing, replying instantly even at midnight! And our driver, Mr. Asif, was with us the whole trip—super friendly and a very safe driver in that intense traffic.
The hotels were top-tier. Hotel Palm Spring in Srinagar had modern, spotless rooms, breathtaking views, and the food was incredible. We also stayed at the Canada Group of Houseboats on Nigeen Lake—it was so peaceful, with gorgeous waterfront views and beautiful, authentic wood carvings. Then we moved to Hotel Chinar Resort and Spa in Pahalgam, which was pure luxury, tucked away from the crowds with stunning mountain and river views.,
Honestly, the best part was how they handled the local activities. Things like the Pahalgam Union cabs and the Shikara rides can get really expensive, and bargaining is usually so stressful. Purewave pre-arranged everything at fair, fixed rates, so we didn't have to haggle at all.
